I’m Deborah Wiener

I have always been a natural problem-solver—part strategist, part sleuth, and fully committed to helping people uncover what is really going on beneath the surface. With decades of business, leadership, and consulting experience, I work one-on-one with individuals and professionals ready to get unstuck, shift patterns, and create meaningful results.

Biography

My journey began with early life experiences that could have held me back. Instead, I transformed them into strengths, shifting from victim to victor. That resilience continues to shape how I guide others today, giving me both empathy and determination to help leaders and teams overcome obstacles and thrive.

For nearly 40 years I have built and led a successful business, while also serving in civic, nonprofit, and leadership development roles. This combination of entrepreneurial achievement and community leadership allows me to understand the real-world pressures executives face, while offering proven tools to improve communication, alignment, and performance across teams.

A Key Tool in My Work

A core tool I use with clients is Human Design, a modern system developed in 1987 that blends ancient wisdom with modern science to reveal how people naturally operate, make decisions, and contribute at their best. Over the past 35+ years, it has been used worldwide by individuals, coaches, and organizations to improve communication, leadership, and collaboration.
